These cables can be supplied in rubber, PUR or PVC, and used effectively in ports, docks and grab systems for waste management. To protect the cable from stretching and twisting they are produced with a tough EPDM outer jacket, with embedded aramid yarn.

Elmeridge are also active in the production of flatform cables for the lift market, producing cables in many different types and sizes, in PVC, rubber and silicone. The silicone flat form cables are flame retardant and halogen free, meaning their use in lift shafts can be endorsed as a low fire risk.

Commonly known as pendant cables, we also supply cables for hoist and handling equipment. These can be produced with a steel strain wire down each side of the outer jacket. In the past these cables were known as Dangiflex.
