Description
Heavy sinking cable with 3 x 50 ohm coax, each with individual steel wire armour, laid up with lead fillers and thermoplastic polyester elastomer outer sheath.
This cable is designed to remain stationary on the sea or river bed due to it’s large weight, even in strong tides or currents.
Construction
3 x coax 50 ohm:
Tinned copper conductor, polyethylene insulation, tinned copper braid outer conductor, PVC sheath, reinforced with preformed galvanized steel wire armour
Coaxes laid up with lead fillers
Protective polyester tape
TPE-E thermoplastic polyester elastomer outer sheath
